We purchased a property in Buninyong from Phil and we can recommend PRD Jens Gaunt to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home. We are a couple from Melbourne and moving to Buninyong for a tree change. Phil has gone beyond the duty of a real estate agent acting as mediator and advisor on certain issues of contract. We came across a few hurdles in the beginning of contract, after and without Phil’s easy approachable persona we would have found the process a lot more stressful.
